In 2012, I again proposed the establishment of Bangladesh Virtual University (BVU) at a National E-Learning Seminar in Dhaka. In the following video (from screen frame 1:50), we discussed the BVU. I hope BVU becomes a reality and provide meaningful online education and training to millions in Bangladesh and abroad.
