University of Illinois CTER Curriculum, Technology, and Education Reform by Martha Behrends-Cunningham, Meredyth Given & Lee Stanton. (Final Report for Adam Fein’s HRE490M: Management of E-Learning Systems course). Eexamining management strategies and the application of Kahn’s (2005) eight dimensional e-learning framework, which encompasses: institutional, management, technological, pedagogical, ethical, interface design, resource support, and evaluation features within an actual e-learning program. We used the framework as a guide in reviewing the University of Illinois’ Department of Education Curriculum Technology and Education Reform (CTER) Master Degree program and discovering how they have achieved success in helping students achieve their educational goals.
