However, to promote success in E-learning, it is important to follow best practices and standards for the design and delivery of learning materials. When designing E-learning materials, proper learning principles must be followed so that learners\u2019 experience quality learning and the instruction caters for students\u2019 individual needs. Also, best practices and standards must be followed when delivering E-learning to students.
